Our Programmes

We at Maadhyam IAS, aim to make this journey a cherishing and learning experience. Our team of experts including faculty members, experts, and industry veterans has designed the programs and the course content in a manner that would let the aspirants touch upon all the major and minor contours of the syllabus along with an in-depth and holistic understanding of what is required for this examination in a stipulated period of time. Ours is a precise and guided approach that would let aspirants traverse through the vast ocean of the syllabus in a time-bounded manner.
Also, the classroom program is crafted in a manner that would cover the entire syllabus along with a special focus on comprehending the psyche of UPSC i.e. the way it tends to put forth the questions and the way they need to be answered. Our faculty is power-packed with best-in-class faculty from across India and Delhi. With precise and sound training the aspirants would be better equipped to tackle the dynamicity of the examination pattern.

Study Material

With a plethora of topics and a vast syllabus, the Civil Service Examination is one of the toughest examinations in the world. Even PCS exams are conducted by different states and have a vast syllabus. Looking at it, we have subdivided the entire syllabus into 18 Modules. Each Module has been prepared by experts from UPSC backgrounds with at least one Civil Services (Mains) qualification.

Our Classroom Strategy

We have a holistic classroom programme designed with an aim of providing every need of an aspirant in a single package. It consists of the following components:

  • Holistic round-the-year lectures with 800+ hours runtime
  • 1-hour one-to-one student-faculty doubt clearance session after every lecture
  • Classroom tests after every 3-4 lectures covering syllabus which have been taught in that period
  • Integrated All India Prelims Test Series (GS+ CSAT) and All India Mains Test Series
  • Every Sunday Prelims Tests to be conducted from 10 am to 12 pm
  • Evaluation of Mains tests to be done by best topic evaluators in the industry based in Delhi.

    • Test Series

  • Integrated Prelims cum Mains Test series for General Studies
  • Prelims Test Series (36 GS Tests + 10 CSAT Tests) with a duration of 1 year
  • Mains Test Series (30 Tests consisting of 10 Sectional Tests 5 full-length Subject Wise Tests 12 Full Length Tests + 3 Essay Tests)

    • Optional Subjects

    We are currently providing mentorship for following Optional Subjects:
  • Political Science and International Relations (PSIR)
  • History
  • Geography
  • Sociology

    • All the teachers who are involved in Optional Subject Mentorship have at least 10 years of experience in their respective fields. They have been teaching in India’s reputed coaching institutes over the years. The Optional Classroom Programmes include the following components:

  • 240+ Hours of well-crafted lectures with a holistic exam-oriented approach
  • Integrated Optional Test Series with 15+ Tests
  • Class Tests after every 2-3 lectures of short duration
  • 1 Hour One-to-One Doubt Clearance Session with Teachers after the class
  • Evaluation of Test Copies by teachers and expert Team Based in Delhi

    After the announcement of Mains result by UPSC and different State Public Service Commissions, we have a team of retired IAS, IPS, IRS and other officers who work round the year on interview guidance. We provide guidance for interviews in a systematic manner. It has the following components:
